Safe access is essential for any roofing or building project carried out at height. Apex Roofing & Building provides professional scaffolding and access solutions as part of our comprehensive service offering.

We erect and dismantle scaffolding for all types of domestic and commercial projects, including roof repairs, chimney work, rendering, painting, gutter replacement and new-build construction. All our scaffolding is erected by trained operatives in compliance with the Work at Height Regulations 2005 and TG20 guidance.

Using scaffolding rather than ladders improves safety, allows roofers and builders to work more efficiently, and gives access to areas of a property that would otherwise be difficult or dangerous to reach. It also provides a stable platform for materials, reducing the risk of damage to the property.

Scaffolding is included as part of our quotation for roofing and building projects where it is required. We can also provide standalone scaffolding hire for other contractors or for homeowners undertaking their own work. All scaffolding is fully insured and inspected before use.
